1. Service Description

Ghana Climate Intelligence System, operated by LEADENTT, provides automated daily weather forecast alerts to subscribers across all 16 Ghana regions via SMS, WhatsApp and voice calls. By subscribing you agree to receive weather alerts based on your selected plan, region, language and delivery channel.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are charged monthly in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payments are processed securely via Paystack. By subscribing you authorise monthly charges to your selected payment method. Prices are: Basic GHS 100/month, Standard GHS 200/month, Premium GHS 500/month. Enterprise pricing is available on request.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by replying STOP to any alert message or contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Accuracy of Weather Information

Ghana Climate Intelligence System provides forecasts based on global meteorological models. While we strive for accuracy, weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our alerts including but not limited to farming, fishing or logistics decisions.

5. Delivery

Alerts are delivered via SMS, WhatsApp or voice call depending on your selected plan. Delivery is subject to network availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by network outages or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, region and language preference to deliver weather alerts. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to deliver the service you have subscribed to.
